How upgrades work
Before starting a level, you can spend Gold Coins or Idle Upgrade Tokens to permanently boost your starting squad via the four buttons on the homepage.
Four permanent upgrades
Capacity
Fills the baseline capacity of your Glass Domes. If your upgraded capacity is 3, you will always see at least 3 warriors inside the domes. Maxing this out guarantees 5 warriors per dome right from the start of the level.
Add Warrior
Increases the default size of your starting crowd by adding +1 Warrior per upgrade. This maxes out at 50 Starting Warriors.
Income
Directly increases the amount of Gold Coins you earn during gameplay. Upgrading this early and often is crucial, as it speeds up your gold acquisition to afford the other increasingly expensive idle upgrades.
Warrior Upgrade
Enhances the base power of your warriors. Every 3 upgrades purchased advances your warriors by 1 Full Level. Leveling up evolves their weapons and alters their visual skins, making them significantly stronger.
